The tech arrived on time. He was very professional and effective. He explained the home service plans very well. He listened to what I had to say about my observations and proceeded to fix the dishwasher. It stopped leaking clean water into the interior of the machine.

Great service - Chris the repairman called 1hour prior to confirm the apt, and again when he was 15mins away. Will definitely call Sears again ... and ask for Chris !
