    Purchased a new unit approx 5 years ago and basically had no problems, however during the installation we realized that the clearance between the ground and the trailer was pretty tight. I discussed this with Mark and we did what was necessary to get the feed and return hoses in. Fast forward to 2018. I started to get a musty smell coming out of the air ducts. I called Sheila and she sent Mark out to evaluate the situation. Mark said the the job would require a days work or more and it needed to be scheduled. This is where all the problems started. I spoke with Sheila and she said she would have to talk to her service man to set up something. Never heard back from her. Called again and go the usual " we are on the phone or away from my desk. Leave a a message" never heard back. Tried again and got a message "mail box full". That tells me something. In the end I never got a schedule no for that matter a call back. I hade to contact another company to do the work. My advice is to be ware of doing business with a company that doesn't respond. If they don't want to do the job, just say so. Don't leave us hanging.
