    I have been using Carters for years until this last experience and I was so disappointed. I left 3 messages asking for an email of the estimate for repairs to our fridge, never received it even after speaking with them on the phone a 4th time to Mrs. Carter. I wanted that estimate in writing to show how they grossly over charged me for parts (finding out when I ordered them directly myself). When another company came to fix it finally, it wasn't even what the Carters guy had said it was and was actually much cheaper. It was not the ice maker sensors, it had simply frozen over which was visible had he taken a covering off. This is the first negative review I have ever posted about anything. It feels awful and I'm sure they are good people, but I feel a little taken advantage of.

    For many years Randy Carter has repaired and advised us about appliances: dishwashers, refrigerators and others. Carter's Appliance repair is a family business. For repairs, not sales although Randy suggested a brand / type of dishwasher that works GREAT. Always honest, careful, and friendly. If you call them, it is Mrs. Carter who answers the phone.
