    They took 4 weeks to fix my turbo chef oven and before they said it was only going to take 2 days. They overcharged me and they had multiple different workers try to fix the machine. They also charged my credit card without me knowing and didn’t give me a receipt afterwards. They promised me they will take away whatever they overcharged. If they don’t know how to work with certain appliances they should just say that instead of messing up everything and they wouldn’t have me writing review for them. The parts they ordered they were making excusing and blaming it in the shipping even though I was willing to pay for the fastest shipping. Because of this reason I couldn’t sell certain foods in my store. Hope that nobody will have to go through all of this in the future.

    This company has been excellent to work with! Their man, Chris Candela, has given us great service. He's always quick to respond to our emergencies like when our ice machine was done and we had a function coming up. He fixed it very fast. Also, one of our large freezers went down and he got it fixed super quickly. (If memory serves correctly he had to go to Tampa to get the part.) He also provided invaluable advice a couple years ago when our commercial fridge packed it in. With his help we got a fantastic replacement for a very reasonable price and we haven't had any issues with the new fridge.
