    Needed a hinge for a stove door. Phoned them at 7:30 am. Said he would check with his parts dept. and call me back. 20 minutes later, “yes, we have the part”. I drive the stove door to the shop. 10 days!! (TEN) I check on his progress...said he is still waiting for The Parts!!?? Said I needed both hinges. Said it would be another 5 days before parts arrived. I went to the shop and picked up the door. Found the owner rude, non-caring and lied about having parts in stock. Didn’t care about me being 10-14 days without a stove door. Further, called Whirlpool-they sent a registered Whirlpool repair man WITH the parts in a week of making contact. Only needed ONE HINGE. I would not recommend this place. Dishonest, poor service, rude.

    I just called and asked what your price was for a service call, you laughed and hung up on me after I said I needed to call around and get a few prices. That IS NOT good customer service my sir.
