    Sears PartsDirect online service is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I ordered two blowers for my wall oven and when I ended up not needing because I found another company that could ship them faster, I returned the parts to Sears PartsDirect. They received the returned parts in January 2019 (per UPS tracking) and didn't issue a refund to me until May 6th 2019. And that's likely only because I kept calling to see what the issue was. Good luck getting a human being on the phone as they push you to their website repeatedly. Buyer beware!

    This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away from online sears parts direct. Unlimited appliance parts has better pricing and quicker shipping!
