    We had bought a “customer return” refrigerator from a local home improvement store. Upon getting the appliance home we discovered it would not cool. At least it was still covered under factory warranty. When the manufacturer scheduled the maintenance call with Anderson’s, we were a bit skeptical based on the reviews on google. We almost rescheduled with someone else. I’m glad we didn’t. BJ came out promptly, even called ahead to give us a heads up on his arrival. He quickly assessed the problem, took care of warranty coverage and ordered the needed part. Anderson’s called within just a few short days to schedule the return visit to install the part that had been shipped from the manufacturer. I had no issues with Anderson’s and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

    Very late getting to my home to service refrigerator. Tech had no idea how to diagnose problem. Told me to record noise refrigerator was making and send to him. I sent the recording several times and tried to reach him by phone to no avail. I would not recommend this company. They made no attempt to follow up to see if the problem was resolved.
