    I had a Samsung dishwasher which was making a grinding noise which I could not find out what was wrong. I called these guys, two guys came, just listened to the sound from the dishwasher and did not do anything. They said a part has to be replaced, but also not sure. They said their office will call us for a quote for the part. No one till date has called. They took the service charge payment and left. Worst contractor I have hired. I will not spend money on them again. I had to call another contractor and pay an additional service fee to diagnose the problem.

    I was initially impressed that they were able to come out when they said they would. That, unfortunately, was the last good thing they did. Their men misdiagnosed the refrigerator issue which resulted in my spending twice as much money for parts. Now I am still having difficulty getting them to reverse an unauthorized charge they made against my debit card two months after the repair. John sounds very nice and helpful on the phone, but he doesn't seem able to actually get anything done. He is telling me that the Square he uses to charge people is the culprit for the money taken out. I am wondering if that is true. I may end up resorting to a civil suit in order to get the hundreds of dollars they have misappropriated from my debit card. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
