    Air conditioner stopped working late last night. Since I have an existing Bay Area Air Conditioning Service contract, I contacted Bay Area last night for the after hours service. I spoke with a representative who informed me it was too late to send someone due to safety and security concerns. I received a return call this morning and Mathew John was on-site by 9:30 AM. Mathew was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he could do to keep the A/C unit functioning. I had already planned on replacing the A/C unit this year, was hoping for later this year. Mathew and I discussed replacement options and he quickly sent me a quote for a new unit. Mathew did his best to keep the unit running so I am not rushed into making a bad replacement decision. He was very helpful. We have been using Bar Area for about 10 years and have always been pleased with their service.

    We have used Bay Area for over 10 did our landlords/previous owners before us for many years. We had a problem, so Matthew Johnson came over to help us. He replaced our A/C fan, motor and whatever else needed to be done. He was very professional, nice, extremely well spoken while explaining (to my husband) what needed to be done. He got it all done in a timely manner. Matthew was Great!! Thank you so much!
