    What a terrible company, with terrible service. I had an LG warranty ticket that was dispatched to them. An email was sent out the next day that the ticket was scheduled for that morning. Obviously, being unable to be present for the service, I called ESS to reschedule. The lady on the phone said that they didn't schedule the appointment, and that she needed to look at my ticket and would call me back with a new appointment. That was the last I heard from them. After a week of no communication, I tried calling to check the status; No answer, I left a message. Another week rolls by, still no communication. I called too late, office closed. I leave a message. A third week comes and goes, I call. Still no answer. I'm wondering if they're even in business. Finally, I contact LG to see if I can have the ticket changed to a different warranty provider and they inform me that ESS rejected the ticket. There was no alert, no response, nothing. Shame.
