    They were out about 2 weeks ago and said they had to order a part. I called and found the part was on back order and would take 10 days. Received an email stating they would be out to do repair the refrigerator yesterday.....yesterday came and went - no show and no call. This type of service is why I will not renew the service contract.

    Terrible Experience! Our company had a technician come to test a Miele Washing Machine / Dryer Combo. We found that the drain pump needed to be replaced and were told it would take a week to receive. After two weeks and terrible communication, we were told today that it would take an additional week to receive the part because Miele did not have it in stock. We called Miele directly and they have had 5 in stock for over a year, we placed the order directly through Miele and will have the pump delivered Monday. Classic case of a service company charging to diagnose a problem with no intention of fixing it. No wonder they have only 1 star reviews. The owner of this company should be ashamed.
