    Seemed honest at first and sent me a email stating they would refund my money by mail for unfinished work and overcharged. They never posted my check and failed to respond to multiple emails and phone calls.

    I called Floyd to come out and fix the ice maker in my Frigidaire gallery refrigerator. He was prompt in answering my phone calls and scheduled a time for him to come by. He was timely when he arrived and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and told me he would get back to me by that Thursday or Friday when the part arrived. He never got back to me until almost 2 weeks later. We did set up a time he came out and replaced the broken part. Unfortunately that did not fix my problem. Since then I’ve contacted him three separate times on three different days. He is not returning my texts. I would be very leery about ever hiring this man. His word means nothing as far as I can tell. He tells me I have a 30 day warranty on parts however when you can’t get a hold of him, that 30 days expires quickly. The guy is a liar. Take my advice and use someone else.
