    I've been going to this Miami store since aprox 2001. I buy and order parts for my customers, Including Arby's and other restaurants and bakeries. Never had any problems ordering or getting my parts, except most times I have to keep calling and even leave messages to get through on the phone. My complaint is that since 2016 a manager there who quit her Arby's job and started working for your company a year or two earlier has made getting and ordering parts very difficult. I've even gotten to the point where I have been recommending some of my customers to buy Globe instead. Her and I had a falling out after an incident involving me trying to get paid by one of her employees who asked me to repair his air conditioner at his house. At the time the employee's wife was pregnant and in the hospital. He said he was at the hospital and but I saw him 1/2 mile away from his house. The particulars are unimportant (although I still have all of the the text messages saved from her and her employee and myself). I am a customer and all I ask is for the manager to quit avoiding me and talk to me in a professional way. Personal grievances or grudges has no place in the work place. I also want to state that I don't like or have ever used profanity around Ms Maria , her employee(s) or anyone else there. Respectfully, Billy Carter
