    Awful customer service. No call no show for a week. Then when I called them, i was told it would be another week before repairman could put the part on. The part was really not what I needed. Paid for in correct diagnosis!!

    Had a scheduled appt. at the beginning of December. No call, no show. I had to call them the next day (imagine that) The tech called me back to say he's been doing repairs 15 years and doesn't need to come to look at my stove, he'll just order a heating element. 2 weeks later, again I had to call them! Initially was told they will schedule someone to come out. Told her he claimed he ordered the parts already. Placed me on hold, came back and claimed they had the part. Scheduled yet another appt for the next day, between 3-5. I came home at lunch, 12:30, never left my home. It's now almost 5:30, NO SHOW, NO CALL! Currently on the line with Customer Relations to find another company. Just unprofessional!!
