The company is indeed a call center. So polite and nice making appointment. Wanted my credit card to number to "hold" the appointment. Two days later was charged $55 which I will dispute. Repairman Cesar (who I see named in other reviews) is a conman and has no intention of fixing your appliance. At first I believed him and paid by check for a part which was a total scam. Do NOT call this "company". Shocking. The call center said they were located out of the country when we called back. This was a humbling experience for me because I never thought I would be scammed....but I surely was.

This company apparently 'contracts' its repairs to independent 'repairmen'. I made the mistake of having them check an issue with a washer in a condo that I rent. The repairman did not speak English and although I'd advised when I set the appointment that I would be responsible for paying bill, the repairman would not leave until my tenant gave him payment. HE REFUSED TO LEAVE and the language gap did not help in my explaining to him that I was the responsible party. HORRIBLE.
