Went in for a belt replacement but owner explained to me that I didn't need one and showed me how the clutch engages on the vacuum. Worked perfectly. Hard to find honest people like this gentleman these days.

Consumers beware!!! I brought my Dyson upright into this store to get an estimate on a repair. I received a call back within a day as I was told so by the owner. I have no complaints up to this point and had faith in his knowledge. When I got the call about the estimate I was told that it was going to be a pricey repair. We had a whole discussion as to how long I had the vacuum and it was really worth fixing. At that time I said I will just come by and pick it up and bring it back if I want to spend the money to fix it. I went vacuum shopping and picked up a new vacuum. It took me close to four months to go back to the store and pick it up. At that time the vacuum was no longer at the store but in the warehouse. At that time he told me that he fixed the vacuum and there was something like $150 charge. I expressed that I never asked to fix the unit and he insisted. I left and went home to look at my paperwork and sure enough I saw my note about the estimate and I was going to just pick up the vacuum. When he called me to pick up the vacuum I told him that I checked my paperwork and I never authorized the repair. He was insistent that I told him to fix it. If I needed that vacuum repaired, why would I wait four months to pick it up? At that point he started accusing me that I was one of "those" customers that changes his mind and leaves him holding the bag. I can afford a six new vacuums if I really wanted one, I don't need to play that game. I hung up on him at that point. A smart business person would require payment before making repairs and this would not happen. So, get things in writing to protect yourself. I'm sure this is a ploy to embezzle money out of innocent consumers.
